The True Potential Challenge looks at four common areas that can affect how you think, feel, perform, and follow through: overthinking, overwhelm, burnout, and inconsistency. Each day gives you one short video, one honest reflection, and one practical resource. By the end, you will have a clearer reflection on what may be holding you back from reaching your true potential, and what you may need to focus on next.

Day 1 — Stuck in your own head

Mick helps you recognise the mental noise, second-guessing and replaying that can keep you stuck, then guides you through a short reflection to see how much space it is taking up.

Day 2 — Flat out but getting nowhere

Mick helps you spot where your time, energy and attention are being pulled in too many directions, and where clearer boundaries could help you feel more in control.

Day 3 — Burnt out and wrecked

Mick helps you reflect on your energy, recovery and fatigue, so you can recognise what may be draining you and what needs to change.

Day 4 — Know what to do but not doing it

Mick helps you understand what gets in the way of follow-through, and identify one simple action that can help you start building momentum.
